Lafitte Cinema is located at the intersection of Charity Street (Hwy 14 Business) and John Hardy Drive (Hwy 338) in the Lafitte Shopping Center in Abbeville. It is a simple 5 minute (or less) drive from almost all area motels and restaurants. Lafitte Cinema is also just 12 minutes east of Kaplan; 10 minutes south of Maurice; 6 minutes west of Erath and 4 minutes north of Perry.

From the Hwy 14 Bypass (Veteran's Memorial Drive) turn south on John Hardy Drive (Hwy 338.) The intersection includes a Walgreen's Drug Store and Fire Station on the north and a Chrysler dealership and a "Gate" convenience store on the south.
